BatonCare vs. Concierge Doctors

A concierge doctor provides medical care — diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, and delivering clinical treatment.

BatonCare provides non-clinical care coordination, helping you stay organized, informed, and prepared as you move through the healthcare system. We do not provide medical care or clinical advice.

Even with a concierge doctor, the healthcare system is still fragmented. BatonCare helps you:

  • Coordinate across multiple providers and specialists
  • Keep records, medications, and documents organized
  • Coordinate referrals, testing, and follow-through
  • Ensure your entire care picture stays aligned

Insurance & Fees

No. BatonCare's concierge care coordination services are not covered by any health insurance plan. BatonCare does not submit charges for reimbursement for any of its services.

All fees paid by the Member — including the Annual Fee — are fixed, non-clinical membership or management fees and are not submitted to, nor reimbursed by, any insurance plan, government program, or third-party payer. Members are expressly prohibited from submitting any BatonCare fees for out-of-network reimbursement, insurance reimbursement, or any form of third-party payer reimbursement.
